Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is Krzysztof Rud, who runs 3to5 as a private person in Poland. Contact: hello@3to5performance.com.

What data we process and why

  • Your enquiry. When you write on Instagram, WhatsApp, by e-mail or through the form, we receive what you send: usually your name, contact details (such as your Instagram handle or phone number), your goals and your team schedule. We use it to answer you and to prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps before a contract). Answers from the form on this site are not stored on the site: they are sent by e-mail (through Brevo) to my inbox, and you receive a confirmation with a copy of your answers at the address you gave.
  • Visiting the site. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest). We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.

Please do not send health information before we talk. If coaching starts, you will receive separate information about the data used during coaching.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. To keep bots away from the form, it may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical data from your browser without cookies used for tracking.

Who else receives data

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, visit statistics and the bot check on the form).
  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which delivers the form answers and my e-mails.
  • Google (my e-mail inbox is in Gmail) and Meta (if we talk on Instagram or WhatsApp), each under its own privacy policy.

Some of these companies may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to coaching are deleted within 12 months of the last message.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction of processing or transfer, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
